It really draws you into the depths. You can make that as colorful as you want.

It has been very transformative. It touched me deeply.

The recitations lifted me up.

It was a deep experience

In the beginning I had distracting thoughts, but they disappeared more and more. At one point, inspiring thoughts came. They passed without me tending to grab them.

I should have discovered this much earlier. Can I also come for a longer retreat?

I noticed that the peace, kind of thoughtlessness that I experienced more and more in the attunements, at some point continued in the moments between the meditations. That way I moved very pleasantly throughout the day.

Yoginâm is not just playing on the harp. It really comes to you.

I did a number of men's retreats, but this was very different. The loving voices were very healing for me. The female energy touched another part in me.

Special how I had to go through firm resistance on the first day when you started singing. I felt trapped. Anxiously drawn into something I didn't want to. And I let it pass ... everything in me, through my body, mind, soul and spirit. It turned out to be a liberation. I then felt more free than ever. I feel a lot of gratitude that you facilitate this.

I am grateful for what Yoginâm gives the world. It feels so unconditionally and candidly what he brings in words and energy. Life is joy and celebration!

This feels to me as one of my greatest rebirths in my life.

Everyone looks past you and has turned inside. That takes some getting used to. You want to make contact and you can't. First I really had to do my best to let that go. Then it went by itself.

I was able to be with myself. Everyone is different and that's good. I was able to see myself and give myself a place. That is very valuable to me.

We would like to reserve 2 places for the next end-of-year silence retreat. We liked the retreat so much that we always want to spend the turn of the year this way.

Starting on 28 December, the fully booked Nâm Retreat of Silence took us into the new year

Through a daily rhythm of meditations and silence, the retreat offers space to pause and reconnect with the essence of being. Unique techniques are used to guide the participants into meditative states. As the days pass, the gentle rhythm of the breath anchors you in the present; thoughts settle, and the inner space of silence deepens.

Daily HarpMood by Yoginâm

A daily online HarpMood with Yoginâm in Spain significantly enriches the retreat. The sounds in the HarpMood reflect the state of those present. Through tuning the harp in different moods, Yoginâm guides the retreat in such a way that hidden barriers can surface and dissolve. The Asharum provides a safe environment to support this transformative process.
