What is Asha Meditation

During these Asha Meditation silence weekends absolute silence throughout the weekend will be maintained. In order to support this there will be a meditation programme for which we use the powerful Asha Meditation developed by Yoginâm. 

Asha Meditation, as an approach of meditation, concentrates itself on creating the right environment in which, once it has been created, moments of true meditation may occur. In advanced stages these moments become longer and you may reach a long state of meditation. Such a longer state does not limit itself to sitting meditation but can be carried into the movements of daily living.

Daily rhythm:

8.00 – 10.00 Breakfast

10.00 – 10.30 Asha Meditation

12.30 – 13.00 Asha Meditation

14.00 – 1.30 lunch and siesta with room for a walk in nature

16.30 – 17.15 Asha Meditation with HarpMood

18.30 – 19.00 Asha Meditation

19.15 –  Souper

Your stay is on a full board basis (3 meal times per day + coffee & tea)
