Payment:
Your reservation is final upon the receipt of the total paid amount.
Cancellation*:
Cancellations up to 2 days (48 hours) before the start of your reservation will be converted into a voucher code which can be used for the period of one year.
Cancellation of less than 48 hours before the reservation: the first night will be charged, the remaining nights will be converted into a voucher code which can be used for the period of one year.
If you decide to leave earlier during your visit, we also apply a 48-hour policy and the nights that falls within 48 hours will be charged.
We always keep 12:00 pm as the start of the 24 hours.

Cancellations of 2 weeks and more before the start of your reservation will be converted into a voucher code which can be used for the period of one year.
In case of a cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of your reservation, 50% of the total amount will be charged, the other 50% will be converted into a voucher code which can be used for the period of one year.
Whole property rental:
Deposit:
The option for rental location is final after receiving the deposit which is 25% of the total amount. We will gladly receive the remaining amount two weeks before the start of your event.
Cancellation:
1. Cancellation up to 3 monts before the start is free of charge
2. If canceled 3 and 1 month before the start, 25% will be charged
3. If canceled between 1 month and 2 weeks before the start, 50% will be charged
4. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the start, the entire amount will be charged.
If an event cannot take place due to lockdowns, it can be postponed to another date as an alternative to charging the costs.

Liability:
Lost or Stolen items:
If an incident occurs during your stay resulting in theft, loss or damage of your property, we will not be liable for it.
Other:
- To ensure the safety of guests and our property, we kindly ask you to respect that the use of candles, incense or other appliances with open fire is not allowed.
- If you have a contagious illness such as a cold or an (emerging) flu we ask you to cancel your stay. If you develop these symptoms during your stay we ask you to isolate as much as possible and shorten your stay and in case of symptoms of COVID-19 during your stay we urge you to inform the staff immediately. In this case, we apply the current policy in force in Belgium. Read more about our disease prevention protocol.
- We would like to take and use the photos of the events and activities that are provided at the retreat centre. If you do not want to be seen on these photos, please let us know upon your arrival.
