Breath Meditation Weekend
03/03/23 – 05/03/23
20/10/23 – 22/10/23
The Breath as a tool
Breathing is a powerful and widely used tool to use during meditation, as well in Nâm meditation.
These meditation weekends are therefore fully focused on breathing and through an intensive programme in which meditation and silence and contemplation are alternated with moments to share and meet.
For people who have previously received ‘the Breath‘ from Yoginâm or from someone who is authorised to do so in his name these weekends are a beautiful opportunity to practice the Breath together with others who also have received the Breath before.

The Breath Meditation:
During the Breath Meditation there is only the bell at the beginning and at the end. In between there is the silence in which you try to make a connection with a particular state.
‘The Breath is not something that ‘you’ concentrate on but rather something that ‘you’ become”. ~ Yoginâm ~
The Breath Walk:
During the Breath Walk you connect the Breath with walking.
This adds an extra concentration to the meditation, which further limits the space for thoughts, because you move your focus even more. This helps to get into a silent state easier.
The Breath Walk is a powerful way to get into the here and now where all fields of experience can come more in harmony with each other and you become more and more aware of how you are connected to the world in which you share.
Dynamic Meditation
In between the Breath walks and the sitting meditation there are moments that you are actively doing things. For example when you drink a cup of tea, have a walk in nature, do your dishes etcetera. Also then you can be with your breathing or do the Breath consciously and remember yourself to go back to this more silent state. This way you train yourself to do this practice at home as well.
You can receive the Breath in name of Yoginâm:
With this Breath as the instrument you enrich ordinary breathing with inner sounds. These are inner sounds that you only sing inside. They never touch the vocal cords and are never communicated. This stresses their intimacy. With the Breath you sing two internal sounds, that are only those sounds, we do not attach any meaning to it.
The Breath is a tool for Remembering, to ‘Remember’ what you are In essence, your true nature, your source. We call this Awareness, the infinity of what you are.
The alchemy that the Breath activates is entirely unconscious. Breath touches Awareness, for that reason also you have to receive it in a particular manner.
The Breath is our most powerful tool for practicing meditation.
If you do not yet have a Breath but are interested in knowing more and possibly receiving this powerful instrument, read this text to inform and prepare yourself. After that you can contact us for further questions and to make an appointment.
