The Breath as a tool
Breathing is a powerful and widely used tool to use during meditation, as well in Nâm meditation.
These meditation weekends are therefore fully focused on breathing and through an intensive programme in which meditation and silence and contemplation are alternated with moments to share and meet.
For people who have previously received ‘the Breath‘ from Yoginâm or from someone who is authorized to do so in his name these weekends are an opportunity to practice the Breath together with others who also have received the Breath before.
Daily rhythm:

On Friday there will be an introduction at 17.00 and we practice the meditation forms, therefore the complete silence starts Saturday morning. On Sunday the programme ends at 12.00.
The Breath Meditation Silence Weekends have a more intensive programme and are therefore more suitable for people who already have some experience with meditation and would like to work with it in depth.
