Do you also need a few days of rest, silence, attunement?
“A magic place, run by wonderful people. If you’re looking to take a break from it all, this is the place to go. Delicious and exciting vegan cooking, meditation (if you want it) and great, life-changing talks by the fire place. I went there to write and found the asharum to be inspiring, soul-soothing and tremendously inducive to creative work. I can’t wait to go back. Great walks, soothing surroundings and wonderful people. Highly recommend it for a getaway, a writer’s retreat or finding back to the simple life of honest food, gentle human encounters and nature. Just perfect”.
A visit to the Asharum can have different purposes.
You can come for rest, beautiful walks, enjoy the place and the environment or for example to write your book.
Or you choose to be more deeply involved with spirituality. During a stay you can freely participate in meditations or use the meditation room for your own meditation, yoga, tai chi or the like.
If you would like to delve deeper into Nâm Yoga, the way of life that takes place in the Asharum, this is of course also possible. For those looking for this, there are often spontaneous openings for fascinating conversations between new and returning guests, with residents or other staff members. In addition, many texts are available and the books of Yoginâm, the founder of Nâm Yoga, are also for sale.
Whatever your personal goal, the team present will do its best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Three vegan meals are served daily, coffee, tea and fruits are available throughout the day and in the winter the wood stove burns in the cosy living room.
The Asharum is open for visits throughout the year.
You stay in a single room for € 50, – including meals and meditations (if you want to attend).
If you have less to spend, you can opt for a double room € 40,- a person (including meals and meditations).
