Do you want your energy to flow freely again and are you also looking for more meaning so that you feel comfortable, physically and mentally?
Then this yoga weekend is for you.
A weekend to get close to yourself. By allowing body and mind to work together, a focus is created that leads to an experience of peace, space and lightness.
Yoga is a path of life in which an open, inquiring attitude to life is the basis with the aim of achieving a broader consciousness, a consciousness where there is more attention for your essence, that which you really are. Asanas (physical movements), meditation and ethics are powerful tools on this path.
Asanas, meditation and philosophy meet
During these weekends, a combination is made between Critical Alignment Yoga, Nâm Meditation and Nâm Vision.
Asanas work well to fully embody who you are and prepare the body for meditation. This preparation is helpful in achieving a meditative state more easily. In addition, the Critical Alignment Yoga provides insight into which forces act on the body. And not only that. We are also investigating how you can give direction to this. The focus and direction ensure that the energy does not block, but can flow freely.
Nâm Meditation consists of Asha Meditation and HarpMood. The Asha Meditation is helpful to quickly make the shift between the state of attention needed for daily life and the state of meditation. Asha meditation has proven to be very effective and particularly useful for people who lead busy lives. The HarpMood uses sounds as a vehicle for a transcendental form of communication. Sound completely bypasses the mental mind and connects directly with the resonance of the soul in communication. This results in inspiration, spiritual guidance and healing.
The Nâm Philosophy places life and what we are concerned with in a much wider context beyond the personal. You can discover how the same life can be experienced more meaningfully. As if there is more light and colour in your life. A conscious attitude to life and ethics beyond dogma and morality is essential here, as the Raja Yoga, the most original yoga of India, demonstrated centuries ago.
“The yoga weekend in Amonines was a wonderful experience. A combination of good food, beautiful surroundings, a house with a nice garden where
you can relax instantly, plus a tight programme of yoga, meditation, eating, and free moments. There is a casual atmosphere between the guests and the permanent residents of the house,
everything is allowed and nothing is required. Everyone is free to go their own way and does so, whether or not in silence.
The yoga classes are great. A perfect balance between peace and strength, relaxation and effort. The way Katelijn guides you through the exercises is very subtle but with great effect. She has a particularly clear way of explaining and presenting the exercises – including the pitfalls – her words speak to the imagination and at the same time have a very direct influence and effect on the physical experience ”.
“I still enjoy the weekend completely. It was really nice. Precisely because it was so intense, both physically and mentally, I feel completely reset. I have really thrown my social media off my phone and think that I have finally found the button for peace in my life. ”
