Those who like to follow programmes from home or want to have support can use our various offers
The Reflection Week, the Nâm Silence Retreat, the Weekends of Silence and the Personal Meditation Retreat are all also available to participate online. When you book one of these programmes you will receive a leaflet with more information about both the practical side and how you can prepare yourself.
If you would like to keep in touch with LivingNâm in all its aspects and you would like support to realise a deeper integration of this special vision of life and the use of the instruments, there is a supervision group that you can join. We try to put the supervision meetings on the agenda about every four to six weeks on Wednesday evenings from zeven to half past eight.

Because it can be difficult to facilitate a regular meditation rhythm we offer you the possibility to join the meditations on location through an online connection. This guidance is facilitated by Irma ten Brink.
Yoga classes are available in the form of a yoga retreat or can be requested as single lessons during your stay, as well as weekly on Tuesday evenings online. These classes are provided by Katelijn Nieuwenhuijzen, experienced yoga teacher, shiatsu practitioner and respiratory therapist.
