Do you find letting go, parting, a farewell in small and big situations difficult?

Or do you hold on to your own ideas or ‘that’s the way it is and that’s the way it should be’? Do you often end up in conflicts where you always defend your truth, yourself, your own ideas? Have you identified yourself with illness or chronic complaints and you can not let go of them? Do you have thoughts of ending your life yourself? Do the impending death frighten you or are you just intrigued? Are you curious what will be after death? Are you involved in guiding other people in these isues?
Then this 5-day intensive Attuning to your Essence is possibly something for you.
Life and death and the Natural State
The final phase of life of people is always great and unique. For those who see the end of there life approaching, every moment is a step closer to the total letting go of everything that is known. When this gradual letting go goes well, inner peace and submission arises.
Every person has a mystical state in him. This mystical state is natural, it is the meaning of existence, the zenith of life, the ideal and the fulfillment. If we become our Natural State, everything that worries us is lost. Becoming our Natural State leads us to acquire characteristics of purity, naturalness, simplicity, compassion and love.
True service is not in what you do but in what you are, in Essence
Being allowed to be present in someones life during the process of letting go becomes a support when you yourself are in a state of inner peace and trust. You can develop this through deeply investigating the real nature of being human. Nâm Yoga, which originated in an age-old Yoga, has instruments to open and attune yourself, to let go and say goodbye in a meaningful way.
Nâm Care for the Dying, offers a starting point to explore the mystical / transcendental nature of life and to learn to live in Attunement with the aim to become more able to be of service to those who are dealing with letting go and /or are preparing themselves for there final transition.
What can you expect from this 5-day intensive?
