Mysticism? Every person has this in him!
Do you ever think about life?
The meaning of existence, what is my life’s task, why do I live?
Or do you perhaps wonder; why do I have so many problems? How can I resolve or prevent this? How can I live my life differently? better? more meaningful?
How can I contribute more to the world?
Then you may find answers and recognition in the Nâm Vision and the instruments of LivingNâm can help you forward.
LivingNâm is a way of life, in which you are aware that everything and everyone is intrinsically connected. Meaning that your actions affect not only you but also everything around you. By exploring this lifestyle you will find that there is more to life
When you open up to this mystical and transcendental way of living it gives you the key to opening yourself for love, joy and happiness independent of your internal or external circumstances. This gradually gives you a different view of life and you can discover the meaning of life. Fear becomes acceptance, striving ceases and the search for happiness may transform into an unconditional level of Well-Being. The love you will find is not only for yourself but everyone and everything shares in it.
Questions that brought people to these courses are:
Is there more?
Who am I, where am I going?
In relation to the world around me I want to live a true life, come back to myself. How can I do this?

The origin of LivingNâm
Yoginâm received the task to make the essence of old and mystical traditions available to the western people of today. To people who are living in a globalising world where, without understanding how it works, we are capable of living in the dimension of the world wide web, the digital world.
In an age when the world is troubled, life ethics seem lost and people are searching for meaning, Nâm as an inner attitude in life offers an answer.
LivingNâm is an expression from an old Abrahamic tradition. It originated in India and was spread through Iran, through Zoroastrian religion, various Greek and Egyptian schools, and the general area of the Middle East. From there it spread through Northern Africa and Spain, and in various ways it became what is now called philosophy. Academic philosophy, however, is often not presenting it.
“Remember and Observe, these are the two guiding principles of the Nâm approach to human living. We should remember that we are of a oneness, the nature of which, as it is our nature, cannot be known by our thinking, which is one of the expressions of this oneness. Observe how everything that surrounds us, including our thoughts and our emotions, reflect this underlying oneness. Observe how, though we cannot know our essence, we can create our lives in accordance with this essence or in opposition to this essence. Observe how the former shapes Well-Being and the latter anxiety, disease, stress and failure. This is just an observation. “
