Mysticism? Every person has a mystical essence!
Do you ever think about life?
The meaning of existence? What is my task in life? What is the purpose of life?
Or do you perhaps wonder; how can I live my life differently? Is there more to life then what I experience in daily life? How can I serve life? How can I deal with crisis?
Then you may recognition in the Nâm Vision and the instruments of LivingNâm can help you find answers.
LivingNâm is a way of life that can lead to Authentic Living, in which you are aware that everything and everyone is intrinsically connected. This means that your actions affect not only you but everything around you. By exploring this way of life you will find there is more to life than what meets the eye.
When you open up to this mystical and transcendental way of living it gives you the key to opening yourself to love, joy and happiness independent of your internal or external circumstances. This gradually gives you a different view of life enabling you to discover the meaning of life. Fear becomes acceptance, striving ceases and the search for happiness may transform into an unconditional level of Well-Being. The love you will find is not only for yourself but everyone and everything shares in it.
Questions that brought people to these courses are:
Is there more?
Who am I, where am I going?
In relation to the world around me I want to live a authentic life, return to my essence. How can I do this?
LivingNâm helps you to find your inner compass
By consciously focusing on our mystical, transcendental nature of life, where everything is intrinsically connected, we have the opportunity to let go of the focus on ourselves and our problems. This shift in focus can be compared to the metaphor of the drop and the ocean. Initially we experience ourselves as a drop, separate from the whole. LivingNâm’s tools help us shift the focus to an experience in which we are part of the whole, the drop becomes a wave, the wave becomes the ocean and eventually we become aware that there is nothing but water.

The origin of LivingNâm
Yoginâm received the task to make the essence of old and mystical traditions available to the western people of today. To people who are living in a globalising world where, without understanding how it works, we are capable of living in the dimension of the world wide web, the digital world.
In an age when the world is troubled, life ethics seem lost and people are searching for meaning, Nâm as an inner attitude in life offers an answer.
LivingNâm is an expression from an old Abrahamic tradition. It originated in India and was spread through Iran, through Zoroastrian religion, various Greek and Egyptian schools, and the general area of the Middle East. From there it spread through Northern Africa and Spain, and in various ways it became what is now called philosophy. Academic philosophy, however, is often not presenting it.
“Remember and Observe, these are the two guiding principles of the Nâm approach to human living. We should remember that we are of a oneness, the nature of which, as it is our nature, cannot be known by our thinking, which is one of the expressions of this oneness. Observe how everything that surrounds us, including our thoughts and our emotions, reflect this underlying oneness. Observe how, though we cannot know our essence, we can create our lives in accordance with this essence or in opposition to this essence. Observe how the former shapes Well-Being and the latter anxiety, disease, stress and failure. This is just an observation. “
