The online personal meditation retreat is a four day meditation retreat which you attend at home.
Through a skype connection you will join in four mediations a day.
On the first and the last day there will be an introduction and conclusion.
The introduction includes two helpful breathing exercises that can help you to keep your focus.
Once a day you will receive a retreat text that guides you through the day.
Because the programme is individual and online you can choose yourself whether or not you will be in silence, this also depends on the goal you set for yourself. If you want to have a deep retreat experience we recommend silence as much as possible. This includes no phone, computer, television or books. If you want to use this programme for example to activate a meditation rhythm for yourself partial silence may be enough. You can decide yourself and during the introduction we can investigate this together too.
In order to support the silence there will be a meditation programme which is streamed through Skype. Also the online meditation room will be open during the day, experience learned this is very supportive in bringing the presence of the meditative atmosfeer of the Asharum in your house too.
